Navigating polarities in a world of rapid change

Session facilitated by Ingrid de Clercq

In this Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous world, we are confronted with problem solving every day. But sometimes there is simply no straightforward right or wrong — in such cases, we should not address the challenge with a problem solving mindset, but with a polarity thinking mindse.

In this session you will learn about polarity management: how to understand and respond to issues that don’t have fixed solutions, and how to address conflicting perspectives/interests.

Miro, Picasso and Leadership

Session facilitated by Clara Kluk

We are set apart from other species by our ability to create meaning and to communicate that meaning through art. What, then, can we learn from some of the greatest artists of our times, like Juan Miro and Pablo Picasso?

In this session, you will explore the strength of archetypes in leadership, and you will work with these archetypes to discover and synthesize your messages of influence, and find your style of influencing.
