Clara is a partner of PIENSA, an international consulting firm based in México that specializes in organizational development and creativity facilitation, and one of the co-founders of the Center for the Certification in Creativity.

As a creativity and innovation consultant and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience, Clara has worked with medium and large organizations from various industries across Mexico, Latin America Europe and Asia – facilitating creative and innovative thinking, helping manage change and transition, and enhancing teamwork and leadership.

An artist, a painter and a visionary, Clara is recognized in he creative community for the human-centered creativity and innovation tools she has designed and developed.

TIM HURSON

Global innovation Expert, Speaker & Author

Throughout his career, Tim has helped Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organizations in the US, Canada, and the UK create innovation, marketing, new product, and workplace transformation programs.

Tim is a faculty member of the Creative Education Foundation, a founding director of Facilitators Without Borders, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Lessing Institute, and one of the founders of Mindcamp.

He speaks regularly about how to use the principles of productive thinking and creative leadership to manage change rather than be swamped by it, he has written numerous articles on enhancing creative intelligence in the workplace, and is a periodic contributor to Creativity in Action, the journal of the Creative Education Foundation. Tim is also the author of Think Better: An Innovator’s Guide to Productive Thinking.

ELIZABETH TALERMAN

Brand and Organizational Strategy Expert

Elizabeth works with organizations to establish meaning, clarify purpose, streamline decision-making and turn strategy into action. Her background in research, communications and brand building are foundational to identifying patterns and insights for catalyzing change and accelerating growth.    

Over the past 30 years, Elizabeth has worked with innovation leaders across the globe from Johnson & Johnson, Unicef, Fisher-Price, The Prince of Wales Foundation, IBM, Pepsi, Columbia Sportswear, Stimson Center, MacArthur Foundation, Harvard Business School, United Way and more.

Elizabeth teaches in the School of Visual Arts Masters in Branding program, is a frequent lecturer at Barnard College, has lectured extensively at Columbia University’s Strategic Communications masters program and served 16 years on the board of Virginia Commonwealth University Brandcenter.

Laura is a partner of Darwin Associates, a consulting firm in Buffalo, New York, specializing in in organizational growth, creativity and change leadership. She works as a facilitator, trainer and coach with organizations across North America, Central America, and Europe to facilitate creativity and innovation, help manage change and transition, and enhance teamwork and leadership.

Laura is a founding member of CREA Conference, and the co-founder of the Center for Certification in Creativity, an organization devoted to the dissemination of creativity and the development of creative leadership and facilitation skills, in partnership with the International Center for Studies in Creativity, where she serves as faculty and program director.

TIM SWITALSKI

Creative Leadership Expert & Facilitator

Tim has worked with several multinational corporations across the globe, to help people develop their leadership potential, build cohesive teams and enhance their creative thinking skills. He has developed expertise in a broad variety of fields, including higher education, health care, consumer products, nuclear energy, youth services and community development. As president of Darwin Associates, he provides training, facilitation, coaching and consulting services to international clients focusing on the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Change Leadership, Creativity and Innovation.

Tim is a founding partner of the Center for Certification in Creativity (where he serves as faculty, mentor and coordinator), and one of the founding members of CREA Conference (where he currently coordinates the Immersion program).

ISMET MAMNOON

Creative Parenting and Innovation Catalyst

First a financial consultant, then a serial entrepreneur, Ismet was first drawn to creativity and innovation when she became a parent. Today, she is part of Innovation Bound, a company that helps individuals within organizations define and develop innovation strategies that work for them.

She has worked with large organizations, entrepreneurs, governments, academics, NGOs, educators, parents, and children all over the world - in the USA, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Her clients range in age from 5 to “undisclosed”.

Ismet holds an M.S. in Creativity from the International Center for Studies in Creativity, and she is a certified facilitator of FourSight, MBTI, Polarity Thinking, and Accelerated Learning.

DORTE NIELSEN

Global Creative Education Expert

Previously an awarded art director, Dorte has been teaching creativity and creative thinking at the Danish School of Media and Journalism, in Denmark, for the past 11 years.

Apart from teaching, she also delivers fully tailor-made Creative-Problem-Solving workshops for companies, as a consultant and a facilitator. She is the Chairman of Creative Circle (the Danish society for creative industries) and she has authored several books on the topic of creativity and creative thinking.

Dorte holds a Master of Science in Creative Studies from the International Center for Studies in Creativity, and is certified in both MBTI and FourSight.

GUI SARKIS

Creative Leadership Facilitator

Gui is a recovering serial entrepreneur who helps leaders in organizations use their creativity to solve wicked hard problems.
As an expert in Design Thinking, Creative Problem Solving, and many other innovation frameworks and assessments, he has worked with large organizations, small businesses, and startups. By designing and facilitating educational journeys for his clients, he empowers them to harness their own creative potential, learn new creative problem solving skills, and face complex challenges with competence and confidence.

Gui is particularly talented at working in social entrepreneurship, and he’s a skilled Outdoor Leadership facilitator able to create upbeat and introspective activities that drive personal growth.

ingrid declercq

Expert, People Side of Innovation

As a co-founder of Ouzia and Congaz, Ingrid has been working on projects of realising culture change, building entrepreneurial teams, developing innovation programs for larger companies, and building HR in young, innovative companies.

She lectures on team composition for entrepreneurial teams for Imperial College, London, the University of Brussels (VUB) and Erasmus College in Brussels. She has been a keynote speaker and facilitator at innovation conferences in Belgium, Holland, France, Italy, Canada and Pakistan.

Ingrid is a certified MBTI-trainer Type I & II, and a certified FourSight trainer; she is currently studying at the International Center for Studies in Creativity, SUNY.
